If you need a partner for Monday – please let me know ASAP!
Tournament time is just around the corner – we hope that all attend and volunteer!! Cathy Perowne and Eloise MacDonald have agreed to be volunteer coordinators and will be looking for people to sign up right away! Please help us to make this a great tournament! Thank you!!
Partnerships coordinators are Rosalyn Millar and Horace Crozier – they are looking to compile a list of people to play at last with guests from outside our club – you might be called at a moment`s notice to play – if you are called in this situation then you are not charged. Please assist them in signing the list on the bulletin board. Thank you!!
You must be a member of ACBL to play in this tournament – if you want to play and are not a member then you can get a temporary membership for $10 Canadian. If you wish to volunteer, then the committee will pay for this temporary membership. If you volunteer the second time – we will pay for your first game. Please see me if you fall in this category.
As part of this tournament – we are having lobster dinner for $20 on Saturday night – we hope you can take part in this – Nola will be taking names and money – please feel free to eat with our out of town guests – we will have entertainment for you during the meal! Looking forward to people taking part!
